Zwei Herzen schlagen in meiner Brust. Das eine gilt den Menschen und ihren Lebenswegen. Das andere den Systemen, in denen sie leben, also Räumen, Routinen, Technik und Strukturen. Diese beiden Perspektiven prägen meinen vielfältigen Werdegang zwischen humanistischer Arbeit, Technologie & Gesellschaft.
Seit 2023 arbeite ich vertieft zum selbstbestimmten Leben im Alter zu Hause. Meine Zertifikate, darunter das anerkannte CAPS Zertifikat (Certified Aging in Place Specialist), habe ich in den USA erworben, wo dieser Ansatz bereits weiter entwickelt ist. Dieses Wissen verbinde ich heute mit deutschen Gegebenheiten und Weiterbildungen wie der ZPP Qualifikation zur Sturzprävention.
Mein technisches Verständnis sowie der vertraute Umgang mit Daten helfen mir, Lösungen auszuwählen, die wirken und sich sicher und reibungslos in den Alltag integrieren lassen, von datengestützter körpernaher Therapie bis zu modernen Assistenzsystemen.
